I went to this amco to get thank GOD A FREE DIAGNOSTIC on my transmission. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the nicest young managers in year's name DILLION. On the phone and in person very, very professional, polit, kind, informative, customer friendly with patient's and integrity. I even called AMMOCO corporate office to let them know about manager DILLION. The very next day DILLION called to let me know they had completed the diagnostic test. I ask for someone higher up than himself, just so happen's i met the owner GENERAL JAY who was working like one of his macanic's. It was also my pleasure to meet the owner who was just as nice and polite as his manager DILLION.
I had a great experience at AAMCO. Dylan and the team were professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly throughout the repair process. They worked hard to find a solution for the transmission issue on my Mitsubishi and handled all the communication and claim process with my warranty company, keeping me informed every step of the way. Excellent customer service, great communication, and a team that genuinely tries to help their customers. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy automotive repair.
Went there gave me a free estimate was on point very good service when we walked in the door we are currently in the middle of our service will be back to give another review when they are completed everything but so far treated with more kindness and care then ford dealership has so far !!!!!Ford charged us 224.00 and they had our vehicle into the next day not here as promised right at noon I got call !!!!! Thank you again can’t wait to see your work done AAMCO!!!!!
