We had our 2016 Nissan Rogue transmission repaired at AAMCO, and overall it was a great experience. Before choosing them, we canvassed several shops, and most of them were much more expensive. I would highly recommend AAMCO not only was the owner incredibly kind, but they also took the time to clearly explain everything to us. They were very patient with all of our questions and made sure we fully understood the process, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. Their pricing was fair and reasonable compared to other places we checked, and we really appreciated that we were able to pay after the service was completed. That gave us time to save up while they were working on the car, which was a huge help. The whole team was professional, honest, and easy to work with. The service was done well, and our car has been running smoothly since. If you're looking for a trustworthy place with decent pricing and excellent customer service, AAMCO is definitely worth considering.
I was having issues with my manual transmission on my Mustang and brought it in to AAMCO. Jay and Dillon both took really good care of me and my car, they went to bat for me when my warranty tried to tell us it was a clutch issue and not a transmission issue. And put up with my many nervous questions. I am very grateful to have found them, and get my transmission replaced. I can tell they are very passionate about their cars and customer service. Thank you guys so much. Will definitely be back again in the future when my car needs work.
I'm real pleased with this company at 3500 Cleveland Ave. in Columbus, Ohio. The last snow storm rendered my transmission to a not working state. AAMCO diagnosed the issues, delt with the warrantee company and installed a rebuilt transmission. My Ford Escape is now reliable to drive again.
