Thank you greatly! Nobody loves car issues, but we can all agree nobody loves bad mechanics more. These guys are absolutely amazing and were a pleasure to work with. You can tell this shop works with full transparency and honesty and will advise what is best for the car and customer.
I brought my truck in today because I believed that I had a serious issue with the torque converter/transmission, turned out to be something very minuet. Jay( the owner) and Logan were very professional and HONEST. I despise the ford dealer I've dealt with in the past, and they shot me straight in a short amount of time. I have no doubts in my mind that if I brought it to the ford dealer they would of absolutely taken advantage of me. Jay and Logan are honest and upstanding people and we need more of them out there. honesty is hard to find and these are good people..
First of all, I want to note how much we all stress about vehicle repairs. When I first called AAMCO I was looking for a transmission to buy, to have someone put in for me. I had done some research online and I just didn't want to send my money into the unknown and hope a good transmission was delivered to my house. So, I went into my phone call with that goal. Once I spoke with Jay the owner, he not only told me they could pick my truck up, but they could remove the transmission, rebuild it and reinstall for about the same price as I would've paid for a transmission online. I WAS SOLD! They picked the truck up within a couple hours, and two days later I called just to get a status update, and Logan told me they were putting it back together and he would confirm at 3pm if I could pick the truck up that day. 3pm on the dot he called me and said the truck was good to pick up. My day ran a little longer than I wanted it too, so I ended up picking the truck up the next morning. Let me tell you how happy I am that I chose to come to AAMCO to have my truck worked on. I hardly ever take the time to leave a review. But these guys are doing it right! I will definitely be using them for any other repairs I need done! 5 stars, 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing vehicle repairs.
I’ve been coming here for years they are courteous and professional, I like the fact that they will take the time to explain any questions you have, and if something happens to be not right the General will make it right.
