Update: had a similar issue with my truck again 8 months later and took it in and Jay completely warrantied it for me. Took complete care of me and i really appreciate it! My truck recently started not shifting, thought i needed a flush and they diagnosed and fixed it for way cheaper than anywhere else was quoting me! They did a great job!
The guy at the front desk was so kind and so helpful and he was doing like a million different things, but the customer service is why I would recommend this to anyone. Also, it’s literally the cleanest car repair shop I’ve ever seen in my life. You can tell the team puts a lot of pride and care into the work that they do.
Came here for the good reviews and definitely one of the best decisions I made. My transmission was replaced after a very bad job over a year ago at another place but now with the new transmission, my car runs soooo smooth and nicely. Thank you, Jay and staff, for taking care of my car and doing it in less than a week. Definitely recommend this place
Jay and his team are the best. Learned my lesson the hard way after dealing with Nissan and their transmission issues. While dealer was only offering 1 year warranty to replace my transmission, Jay was able to find 3 year or 50K warranty for another transmission. He saved me last year and now this year to keep up with the maintained of my car. He is honest, dedicated, and kind. I tell all my friends, family and lfyt drivers to bring your cars here.
